Management Team

Mr. Bong Rok Oh has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. With his extensive technical knowledge and experience he is providing pivotal support to the Korea Water Resources Corporation’s (K-water) International Business Department in all phases of project development. Mr. Oh has a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering from Chonnam National University, Gwangju, Korea. He started his career in 1991 with K-water and has progressed over the years with his retirement in March 2022 as Executive Director of water supply of the K-Water. During his association with K-water he was exposed to various projects in area of Power Generation, Bulk Water Supply and other related research and development domains .

Mr. Hae Dong Choi has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company. With his extensive financial management knowledge and experience he is providing pivotal support to the Korea Water Resources Corporation’s (K-water) International Business Department in all phases of project development. Mr. Choi is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in 2005 and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration in International Business from Ajou University, Suwon, Korea. He started his career in 2010 with K-water and has progressed over the years with his appointment as Senior Manager, Global Business Development of the K-Water. During his association with K-water he was exposed to various projects in area of Power Generation, Bulk Water Supply and other related research and development domains where he was involved for funding arrangements of USD 1.384 billion (Debt USD 1.168 billion : Equity USD 216 million).

Mr. Ji Su Kim was appointed Chief Finance & Commercial Officer of Star Hydro Power Limited (SHPL) in Feburary 2023 by Kwater.

Mr. Atif Ali Shah has over 15 years of experience in the power sector. Mr. Atif Shah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Sciences & Technology, Nawabshah. He is also pursuing hold MBA degree at from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology (SZABIST-Islamabad).

Mr. Jawad Ahmad has been working with the company since 2009 and has progressed over the years. His current assignment is the General Manager of the Finance Team. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he provides pivotal support to the company in his role as General Manager of the Finance Team. Mr. Jawad holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. He began his career in 1994 and has gained diversified industry experience before joining the company in 2009. He has worked in packaging, engineering, pharmaceutical and power industries. Additionally, he has also worked as a tax manager for a chartered accountant firm during his long career.

Mr. Junaid Khan has more than 19 years of experience in Mechanical engineering field. He got Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, Pakistan in 2003. He has sound technical knowledge and is also dealing with the Commercial and Admin-HR matters of the Company. He is also dealing with the Clean Development Mechanism for issuance of the CERs. Prior to joining Company, he worked for various organizations including NESPAK, NDC, OGDCL and Al-Moiz Industries etc.

Mr. Zeeshan Sadiq has more than 16 years of field experience in the energy sector. By profession he is an Electrical Engineer. He got Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar in 2000.
